Everything was good with competitive prices.

The total stay was very very good on holidays. I enjoyed the staff, they were delightfully helpful and efficient.

Respectful stuff, VERY TASTY breakfast, best possible location.

Quiet place with very good location and staff. I enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great restaurant served local specialities.

The venue was recently refurbished, I loved the stay and the location was ideal really close to the financial district, the `` Center '' of SF. Lots of fabulous items for continental breakfast.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

The personnel was always funny, efficient check-in, plus the service was incredible. Our room was airy and elegant, it was just what we needed. We ordered a continental breakfast, it was great. Exceptional place for walking around.

The reception was friendly, I loved it. The venue was in a central location. It was also just a walk down to war memorial opera house. Very enjoyable stay in the secure area.

I greatly enjoyed the beds, they were comfortable, and how terrific the staff was. Outstanding food was served here, free of charge breakfast. Reliable hotel with personalised customer service. There were excellent internet and complimentary parking available.

The staff was very very helpful, the accommodation was affordable and fairly clean. Non smoking, and extremely nice rooms. Early check-in, fast check-out. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus. There was a small restaurant, a market and shops next door. Plus, main attraction such as Raygun Gothic Rocketship was 1 km from this hotel...

Wanted to explore San Francisco and this hotel was enjoyable base for doing it. We appreciated our stay here.

really loved that we had climate control, a fridge and a work desk in the queen room. had nice dainties at jane on larkin, located right by the hotel. had opportunity to use local calls at no cost.
